FAQ
Q: Why did you create Sanetvia?
Sanetvia was created by a team of curious friends who were tired of the noise of modern wellness. Everywhere we looked, true guidance was obscured by pop-ups, hype, and miracle promises. So we built a peaceful, ad-free space where people can get straight, natural advice that actually works.
We believe prevention is the kindest form of care and that nature, when respected, gives us most of what we need to stay well. Sanetvia is here to share that quietly and authentically, as a friend who just wants you to feel better.
Q: How is your wellness approach different from what's available on the web?
We don't manipulate clicks or hawk pills. We aim to share researched, non-pharmacologic remedies and habits that genuinely make life easier without din or pressure. No pop-ups or pushy sales pitches here. There is, though, sound counsel meant to prevent you from having problems, not fretting about them.
We're building a care community, small, true, science-based step by step.
Q: Do you want to sell supplements, or actually help people first?
We help people first. Our mission is to share good wellness information especially in a world where people are overwhelmed with information. If and when we do recommend supplements, it's only after careful research and only as calming additions to lifestyle habits, not as bandaids.
Our measure of success isn't the number of people who buy something, but the number who feel a little more in control of their health.
Q: How do you choose what natural remedies to include?
We research each remedy thoroughly, reviewing clinical studies, historical usage, and hands-on feedback. When we recommend a supplement, it is drawn from a wide range of qualified suppliers and checked for quality, purity, and consistency with our wellness values.
Each of my recommendations must meet one condition: they must graciously add to what the body is already trying to do not do it for it.
Q: Are you paid by brands to talk about their products?
We only work with those manufacturers of supplements who share our perspective. No one can afford to pay to appear in our posts. We choose what we discuss and only if it meets the topic, the science, and the trust of our readers.
We come at it like this: if we would not approve it for a loved one, it doesn't pass.
Q: Do you collaborate with holistic professionals?
Yes. We collaborate with licensed naturopathic and integrative medical doctors who subscribe to our philosophy of the body's natural power to heal itself. They are responsible for reviewing, editing, and monitoring the information we provide — maintaining its balance, safety, and evidence.
Our approach combines up-to-date information with timeless wisdom, and we always have both in mind.
Q: What if something you suggested doesn't suit me?
Every body is unique and there is no single answer that fits all. Our goal is to say what works best for most, in low-risk, empathetic practices that can never harm. If it doesn't work for you, omit it, adapt it, or tell us so we can learn from one another.
Wellness is not one-size-fits-all, it's a soft conversation between your body and your lifestyle.
Q: If I see something that is out of date, may I speak up?
Absolutely! we value that kind of input. Sanetvia changes with feedback from our community, maybe our readership notices new research or better ideas sooner than we do. We update our guides regularly, but we're always open to new knowledge.
Helping each other to stay current is part of what makes this place real.
