Researchers from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health recently conducted a study, published in JAMA Network Open, to determine the relationship between Push-Ups and heartsickness, which can prompt heart disappointment, heart attacks, and strokes.
The Harvard study, suggests dropping to the floor and showing your doctor what number you can do might be a better predictor of a heart ailment, heart attacks and strokes than traditional treadmill tests.
Amid the 10-year assessment, there were 37 incidents related to cardiovascular illness. Everything except one of the events happened in men who completed 40 or less Push-Ups at the start of the trial.
